Sports Day Ceremony 2021-2022 Prize Distribution

11-03-23 SRMTASC organized the 2nd Annual Sports meet for the year 2021-22. After a hiatus of a year break, the college organized one of the most prolific sport meets that embodies the zeal, talents, and spirit of the sportsmen ship of the students of SRMTASC. The most anticipated event of the year commenced with the arrival of the most distinguished chief guest Dr. N. Balasubramanian (Dpty. Director, SRM Trichy Campus). The auspicious occasion starts began with the prayer song, And the students who achieved special success in the field of sports at various levels are honored with certificates, medals, and prizes by the prestigious hands of the chief guest. Following this, The Principal of SRMTASC Dr. Francis Xavier who has greeted a hearty welcome to the Chief Guest and he distributed the prizes along with the Chairpersons, and delivered a meritorious speech on behalf of the participants. He sentenced ” you can overcome any adverse situation if you have strong will and dedication towards achieving something”. Besides this, Dr. Elangovan ( Vice-principal) Presided over the function and honored the chief guest. Then he spoke about the vitality of sports in human life constantly striving to improve one’s performance by setting discipline, goals, practice, and dedication. On the whole, Dr. Lawrence Leveis (VP Admin) who taken a marvelous effort and made the event successful with the precise support of the Sports Convenor (Dr.B.Thavaseelan), along with the helping hands of student volunteers. Finally, the function concluded with the national anthem.
