On August 22, 2024, the Department of Commerce CA at SRM Trichy Arts and Science College, under the banner of The Big League Association, organized a seminar titled “Career Insights in Global Accounting and Finance.” The event featured two insightful sessions with active participation from the students of  B.Com CA, B.Com, and BBA programs.Dr. G. Illango, Vice Principal Admin, inaugurated the seminar with a warm felicitation, emphasizing the critical importance of global perspectives in accounting and finance. The event was seamlessly coordinated by Jaithra and Faheem of I B.Com CA with their skillful Masters of Ceremony. The seminar began with a warm welcome from Atchaya, followed by an introduction of the Chief Guest by Tejovanth of III B.Com CA. Mr. Bharani Kumar Y, Career Counsellor, Imarticus Learning, Chennai, delivered a comprehensive presentation on career opportunities, essential skills, and emerging trends in global accounting and finance. His insights underscored the importance of adaptability and continuous learning as vital components for success in the ever-evolving global finance sector. The seminar concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Jane Ruffina of II B.Com CA, expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the event.
