Employability Readiness Program

Employability Readiness Program by SRMTASC in Collaboration with TCS. The Department of Computer Science of SRMTASC organized an impactful Employability Readiness Program, a collaborative initiative with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) today (15.12.23) in the College Premises. The event featured by distinguished speakers, Mr. Stephen Moses Dinakaran, Regional Head of Academia Interfere Program ,TCS, Chennai, Mr. Bharathwaj Narayanan, Leader & Vice President of the Industry Transformation Group,TCS, Chennai. Together, they shared the session, inspired and motivated students to hone their employability skills. The dynamic presence of the guests added significant value to the program, offered insights from TCS’s perspective and emphasized the importance of cultivating the skills necessary for a successful career in the ever-evolving field of computer science. The collaborative effort between SRMTASC and TCS underscored a commitment to prepare students for the demands of the industry, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills essential for a seamless transition into the professional world.
