REPORT ON ORIENTATION PROGRAM
The YRC Committeeorganized One DayOrientation Program on “World First Aid Day”on 09thSeptember 2022 at 1.10pm @ Seminar Hall.
The day started with prayer.YRCConvener Dr. T.Gnanasekaran, Assistant Professor, Department of English, delivered the welcome address to the gathering.
Dr.S.LawrenceLeve, Vice Principal – Admin honoured the chief guest and gave presidential address. Resource Person Mrs. D. Jenny ,Child and Health Care Paediatrician, SRM Trichy Nursing College presented a detailed note on History of World First Aid Day, importance of the first aid, Skills to Handle the patients, ask question regarding first aid, division of ages such as infant, childhood, adult and above, Usage of tools in the First Aid, precaution steps to the causalities, etc,.
The program was handled for the YRC Volunteers of the Institution. Finally, Dr. J. RanjaniOrganizing Secretary &Assistant Professor, Department of Tamil proposed vote of thanks.
