SRM Trichy Arts and Science College organized the inauguration of SRM Aurora 2026, the Students’ Academic Associations programme, at the SRM Auditorium. The event began with Thamizh Thai Vaazhthu, followed by the welcome address by Harini K., I MBA, and the lighting of the kuthuvilakku. The inaugural address was delivered by Md. Sameeruddin Khan, Pro Vice Chancellor, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli. The programme was presided over by R. Shivakumar, Chairman, and S. Niranjan, Co-Chairman of SRM Group of Institutions, along with N. Balasubramanian, Deputy Director. The office bearers were introduced by G. Ilango, Vice Principal (Admin), followed by the investiture ceremony and oath administered by S. Fabiyola Kavitha, Vice Principal (Academic). The dignitaries G. Vairavel, Dean – Academics and Educational Initiatives, and M. S. R. Mariyappan, Principal, felicitated the office bearers and encouraged them to actively participate in academic leadership and institutional development.
