First Year Inaugural Function

The inauguration function for first-year students at SRM Trichy Arts and Science College was held on 10-07-2024. The event was attended by over 260 students and 335 parents.  Mr. Stephen Moses Dinakaran, Regional Head of Academic Alliances for East India, Kerala, Maharashtra (Pune & Nagpur), and Tamil Nadu at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., was the resource person and spoke about the importance of education, achieving success in life, and placements.  Dr.R. Shivakumar, Chairman of SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram and Trichy Campuses, presided over the function. Dr.N.Sethuraman, Chief Director of SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram and Trichy Campuses, delivered a special address. Dr.N.Malmurugan, Director of SRM Trichy Campus, Dr.N.Balasubramanian, Deputy Director of SRM Trichy Campus, and        Dr. D Francis Xavier Christopher were among those who extended felicitations.  Dr.G.Senthil Kumar, Principal of SRM Trichy Arts and Science, welcomed the gathering. Dr.G.Ilango,Vice Principal of Administration, introduced the Resource Person of the day. Dr.S.Fabiyola Kavitha, Vice-Principal of Academic, proposed the vote of thanks. The program Convenor was Mr.N.R. Sakthivel, Head of the Department of Tamil, and the Co-Convenor was Dr.G.Udhayaraj, Course Coordinator of the Department of Commerce.
