5. Nativity Certificate Original – (If applicable)
6. Transfer Certificate Original
7. Conduct Certificate Original (If Applicable)
8. Migration Certificate (for CBSE, ICSE and other state Students)
9. Community Certificate Original (If Applicable)
10. Aadhar card copy (Student, Father, Mother)
11. Student passport size photo – 6 No’s
12. Parent’s passport size photo – Each 2 No’s (Father& Mother)

Note : Submit all the above-mentioned original documents along with three sets of Xerox copies. If the fees have already been paid via DD or online, kindly bring copies of all the payment receipts.
