Dr. T. Gnanasekaran participated in a 3-day Faculty Development Program on the topic Emotional Intelligence organized by ICT Academy from 5th December to 7th December 2022 in Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for Women.

There were nearly 50 professors from various institutions were participating in the Faculty Development Program.

The first day started with the inauguration and was followed by a self-introduction session. There was a brief introduction on Emotional Intelligence, Physical Self-care, Social Self-care, and Psychological Self-care was handled.

On the second Day, Activities on the positive and negative sides of oneself. Analysis on  the root cause of the problem and finding the solutions were practiced.

Third-Day pointed out the Self-esteem, Strength exploration, and Relationship Management and concluded with a feedback session and valediction.
