Time:  11 am to 12.30 pm

The Department of Library is celebrated “National Library Day” on 12th of August Every year in memory of Birthday of Mr. S.R. Ranganathan, who is considered as father of library science in India.  In order to that the Department of library science is organized the event called “General knowledge Quiz”among the students of SRMTASC on11.08.2022. The formal welcome the gathering is done by Dr.S.LawerenceLeve, Vice Principal (Admin). Nearly 40 teams were participated to the prelims round followed by first and second round was held on the same date at 11am -02.30pm. The final round of quiz was held on 12.08.22 at 11am in lecture hall no 11. Finally the formal valedictory function of national library day celebration has been arranged and Special address has given by Dr. G. ElangoVice Principal(Academics)to the participants.

Prizes were distributed to the winners of this programme. MR.HARIKARANand MR. KATHIRVELAN from III BCOM (CA) won the first prize and MR PRAVEEN KUMAR AND MR. SARAVANAKUMAR from II BBA won the second prize.
