Minds in Motion

SRMTASC Students Counselling Committee organised a Faculty Orientation Program on Mentorship for Academic Success “Minds in Motion”  on 22.12.2023 at Seminar Hall for all the Teaching and Non -Teaching Faculty. The Program started at 2.00 p.m by Mrs.S.Seetha Lakshmi, Convenor of Students Counselling who welcomed the dignitaries and Professors. Principal Dr D. Francis Xavier Christopher felicitated the gathering and mentioned the importance of strengthening Mentorship. Session was handed over to the Resource person Ms.R.Vasavi, Faculty in Clinical psychology, SRMAHS. Her presentation covered questions like why Mentorship is a must ? What are the benefits for Mentors ? How to start a mentoring ? At last session was made interactive by a demo Mentorship. Session ended with a vote of thanks given by the convenor.
