National Handloom Day

On the Eve of National Handloom Day, The Campus Life wing of SRM Trichy Arts & Science College organized a  Grand Students rally on the theme “Be Indian Buy Indian”. The rally was flagged by the Principal Dr D Francis Xavier Christopher, Vice Principal Administration Dr G. Elango and Vice Principal Academic  Dr.S. Fabiyalo Kavitha.  Principal insisted on “Be Indian Buy Indian” especially on buying the weaving goods to support the lives of Indian weavers. The rally began at SRM Trichy Arts and Science College routed through SRM TRP,  SRM IST and SRM Medical Roundana, and ended at the SRM Trichy Arts and Science College. More than 100 students participated in the rally orally raising the slogans be indian wear indian during their patriotic procession and created awareness in SRM Trichy campus.
