National Women’s day Celebration

The Women Empowerment cell and Department of English organized a National Women’s day Celebration on 13.02.2023 @11.30 A.M. at SRM Trichy Arts and Science College Campus.

The session was presided over by the Principal. Sivakumar of III BA English delivered the Welcome Address.

Presidential Address was given by Principal Dr. D. Francis Xavier Christopher sir. Vice Principal (Academic) Dr G. Ilango sir ,and Vice Principal (Admin) Dr. S. Lawrance Leve sir felicitated the gathering.

            Dr.S.Revwathy, Dean,Trichy SRM Medical College   was the Key note speaker of the National Women’s day Celebration. She has highlighted the achievement of the women in the society.

Dr.N.Bala Subramaniyan, Deputy Director, Trichy Campus also interacted with the students. 25 Students from various departments actively participated in the competitions and won prizes organised by the women cell.  Finally, Poorvika of  III B.A English proposed the vote of thanks.

Dr. E.Sumidha,  Assistant Professor was the Convenor of the event.
