Sapling Plantation Program

The NSS Unit of SRMTASC team jointly with NHAI & Ministry of Roadways and Highways today ( 12.07.23) organized a sapling plantion drive near Siruganur highway at Trichy, which was organized and integrated by the NHAI and forest department with around 100 NSS students volunteers  of SRMTASC. As a chief guest of the event, DSP Mr.Ajay Thangam invited and inaugurated the program immensely along with the NHAI project director. Dr. D.F. X. Christopher, principal and Dr.G.Ilango, Vice principal of  from SRMTASC as well Mr.Srinivasan, BDO of SRM Trichy Campus participated in this event and put on hands together with the organizers to run the event successfully at  Siruganur, Chennai to Trichy highway. Besides this, our SRMTASC volunteers were involved passionately in sapling plantation with the organizers. On the whole, NSS Co-ordinator Dr.V.Manickam coordinated this event meritoriously with the support of the faculties Dr.B.Thavaseelan and Ms.N.Vijayalakshmi.
