The Department of Management Studies, SRM Trichy Arts and Science College, organized “Taste of Home” (A Virtual Workshop for Home Makers on “Fruit Jam, Chocolate mousse & Mayonnaise Preparation”) on 16.04.2021 at 10.30 am. Mr. S.Vinayagam, Faculty of Catering Science, SRM Campus Trichy was the Resource Person for the event. The Resource person demonstrated the methods of preparing the above menus at home using organic ingredients. Home Makers, working women, staff members and students were benefited from the program.
